All purchases of the Waveguide Sample Analyzer Licensed Edition are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

By purchasing a Licensed Edition, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Trial Edition

We encourage users to evaluate the Trial Edition before purchasing a Licensed Edition. The Trial Edition is provided so that users can determine whether the software meets their needs before making a purchase.

3. Technical Problems

If you experience a technical problem that prevents the Licensed Edition from functioning as described, please contact us at help@rthetaphi.com. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the problem.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
